NHH Services is putting its support behind a freight agent and member of the NHH family. Medallion Shows Support for Son of Agent with Leukemia

The freight agent’s 19-year-old son, Gunnar, was diagnosed with leukemia in July 2017. The entire family was devastated, but efforts began to fight the cancer and Gunnar has been undergoing multiple weekly chemo treatments.

NHH is doing its part by helping to sell raffle tickets, which all proceeds will benefit Gunnar’s medical costs not covered by his family’s insurance.

The drawing is for a 2006 Harley FLHTCUI (Ultra Classic), donated by a friend of Gunnar’s family. Tickets are $25 each and the drawing will take place on Saturday, Feb. 24 from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. at Salvatore’s Italian Grill in St. Charles, MO.

The winner does not need to be present. Those outside of the St. Charles, MO are still encouraged to buy raffle tickets as low-cost shipping options are available via a NHH contact if the winner happens to be from out of the area.

Recently, Gunnar had three lengthy stays at STL Children’s hospital and his doctors expect that he will be receiving treatment until November 2020.

Click here to purchase your raffle ticket online now for the 2006 Harley and to support an NHH family member. The goal is to sell 600 tickets by Feb. 24.
